Regular consumption of eggs helps maintain the skin’s natural elasticity, prevents premature aging, and provides the body with the essential vitamin D.

The yolk contains lecithin, which deeply nourishes the nervous system, helping women effectively cope with daily stress—the main enemy of hormonal balance.

Flaxseeds

The second powerful superfood for women’s health is flaxseeds. They are a true source of phytoestrogens—unique natural compounds that gently and safely regulate hormone levels in the body.
