On the night of January 6, the 82nd Golden Globe Awards ceremony of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association took place in Los Angeles, during which the winners were announced.
For example, Jacques Audiard's crime musical Emilia Pérez won four awards, including Best Musical or Comedy.
Brady Corbet's The Brutalist won Best Dramatic Film. In total, it won three awards.

Since 1944, the Golden Globe Awards have been presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for feature films, TV series and TV movies. The award ceremony is held after a vote by leading journalists specializing in Hollywood.
The ceremony is held at the beginning of the year, and this event symbolically opens the film awards season. It closes with another world-famous film award, the Oscar, which is given by the American Film Academy.
