There are ways in which we can actually use our metabolism and food to be able to reduce this visceral fat.
Tomatoes
Tomatoes contain lycopene, which “lightens brown fat” and fights harmful fat.
“Fat can be seen as a perfectly healthy tissue that we need to have enough of. Now we have two colors of fat in our body, white fat, and brown fat,” the expert said.
Avocado
Avocados also have fat-fighting properties. An excellent source of dietary fiber.
Leafy greens
In particular, broccoli, as well as all types of leafy greens. These are vegetables that you sauté with a little garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
Chili peppers
