A warehouse covering an area of 5,000 square meters is on fire in the village of Aparynky in the Moscow region. Reports indicate that the warehouse belongs to a major mattress manufacturer, according to Russian media.

The information about the fire has been confirmed by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).

The warehouse in Aparynky, which belongs to a local factory, is reported by Russian media as one of the largest in Russia.

Forty firefighters and 14 pieces of equipment are currently working at the scene. There is a risk of the fire spreading to neighboring buildings.

According to preliminary information from the MNS, there are no reported injuries.

Shot reports that there has been a partial collapse of the roof at the warehouse. Currently, efforts to contain the blaze have been unsuccessful, and the flames are spreading to new areas of the building, according to the channel.
