Why hot drinks work better than warm clothing
Warm clothing retains heat, but it doesn’t always help you warm up from the inside. A hot drink stimulates blood circulation, relaxes muscles, and helps the body adapt to the cold more quickly. Drinks with spices are especially beneficial, as they have a warming effect.
Ingredients for the perfect winter drink
You will need the following to prepare the drink:

How to prepare the best warming drink
Boil the water or milk and add the tea and spices. Let the drink steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain. Once the liquid has cooled slightly, add honey and citrus. The drink will be aromatic, smooth, and very warm – perfect for a cold evening at home.
When this drink is especially useful
This drink is ideal when you’ve been out in the cold, spent a long time in a chilly room, or simply want to relax before bed. It also helps reduce feelings of fatigue and creates a pleasant evening ritual.
