Donald Trump stated that media polls regarding his rating are fake. The US President wrote about this on Truth Social.

According to Trump, his administration is performing "better than ever."

"Polls by the lying media, like the fake news itself, are fake! We are doing great - better than ever before," Trump wrote.

At the same time, Trump did not specify which particular poll publications outraged him.

Trump's declining ratings

In early April, data from a three-day Reuters/Ipsos poll was released. According to its results, approval of Trump's work as President dropped by 2 percentage points compared to the poll conducted on March 21–23, and also 4 points lower than the 47% approval he had shortly after taking office on January 20.

At that time, reports indicated that Trump faced public dissatisfaction with his economic and foreign policies, scandals in his administration, and military strategy.

Furthermore, according to the latest public opinion survey by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS), published on April 1, Ukrainians have become increasingly disappointed in Trump's policies and do not expect anything positive from the US President in the future.
