Musk predicts that by 2029, machines will surpass human intelligence, with AI development accelerating tenfold each year. However, he warns of a 10-20% risk that this could lead to human extinction.
His company, X AI, is working on a supercomputer named Colossus, aiming to surpass models like OpenAI's GPT.
SpaceX’s plans for Mars colonization remain central to Musk’s vision, with unmanned missions expected in two years and crewed missions following two years later.
Musk forecasts around 10 billion humanoid robots by 2040, projecting Tesla’s valuation to reach $25 trillion by 2025. He believes technological advances will ensure high incomes for all, potentially eliminating the need for universal basic income.
Musk also envisions a future powered entirely by solar energy.
