Styler explains how to make fra, grant homemade bread without complicated kneading.
Preparing the ingredients
Homemade bread doesn’t have to involve a complicated recipe with lengthy kneading. This one is much simpler: mix a few basic ingredients, let the dough rise well and bake it properly in the oven. The result is a fragrant loaf with a golden, crispy crust and a soft, fluffy crumb.
What you’ll need:
- 500 g sifted wheat flour
- 340 g warm water
- 9 g yeast
- 9 g sugar
- 8 g salt
- a little oil for the pan
How to make it
First, combine the sifted flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Add the warm water and yeast, then mix everything until you have a smooth dough.
Cover the bowl and leave the dough in a warm place for about an hour.
After that, gently fold the dough several times to create a tighter loaf. Transfer it to a baking pan lightly greased with oil.
Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for another 1.5 hours.
Once the dough has risen, cover the pan with foil and place it in an oven preheated to 240°C (464°F). Bake for 30 minutes.
Then remove the foil, reduce the temperature to 200°C (392°F) and bake for another 10 minutes. During this time, the crust will become golden brown and deliciously crispy.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy!
