If Ukraine has to face DPRK soldiers at the front, no one will benefit. This factor will only prolong the war, states Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The Head of State noted that a new threat had emerged, namely the criminal alliance between Russia and North Korea. In his turn, he thanked the leaders and representatives of those states who do not turn a blind eye and speak frankly:

  • about the cooperation between the two countries for the sake of a bigger war;
  • about the supply of weapons from North Korea to Russia;
  • about how Russians can repay Pyongyang for this assistance.

The President emphasized that there could be much more instability and threats after North Korea learns modern warfare. Meanwhile, Ukraine has clear evidence that people from the DPRK are arriving in Russia, and these are not just workers for industries, but also military personnel. So Ukraine expects a normal, honest, and strong reaction from its partners.

Zelenskyy said that this is actually the entry of another state into the war against Ukraine. And “everyone has the opportunity to see the evidence” thanks to satellites and videos that appear in Russia.

“We need to deal with this. We have to react. To counteract. And we must not let evil grow. If the world is silent now and if we have to face soldiers from North Korea on the frontline as constantly as we have to defend ourselves against the Shahed, then this will definitely not benefit anyone in the world and will only prolong this war. A war that must be ended fairly and as soon as possible,” the president summarized.

Today, it became known that a South Korean satellite recorded the movement of DPRK troops to Russia. In particular, 1500 special forces soldiers are stationed in Vladivostok.
