Doctor gives 3 reasons why you should give up morning showers

Many people take a shower in the morning - before they leave the house. But is it right? The doctor gave three reasons not to do it, reports Daily Express.
Three reasons not to take a shower in the morning
Dr. Aragona Giuseppe said that taking a shower before going to bed at night is more relaxing and better for your health. Therefore, you can skip taking a shower in the morning.
"However, the main benefit of showering before bed is that during the day your body and hair can accumulate airborne allergens and irritants, dirt and grime, especially during the summer months from pollen, chemicals and sweat," he said.
So, if you go to bed without showering, these will then transfer to your bed and sheets and can not only contribute to dirty bedding and nighttime allergies, but can also cause itchy, irritated and dry skin, as well as facial skin problems.
In addition to the pros and cons of showering at different times, the duration of the shower is also important. Dermatologist Emma Amoafo-Mensah says it should last less than ten minutes.
"A lot of people spend too much time in the shower, the optimal time should be less than ten minutes. If you spend more time there, your skin is much more likely to be dry and irritated," the expert said.
