Healthy sweets can be simple, tasty, and accessible. This easy apple and gelatin dessert has become a real trend among healthy eating enthusiasts. It contains no added sugar and is prepared in just a few steps.

Ingredients

Apples – 600 g (peeled)

Gelatin – 50 g

Water – 250–300 ml

Vanilla – optional
Instructions

Prepare the apples. Peel and core them, then cut into small pieces.

Place the apples in a pot, add a little water, and stew until soft (10–15 minutes).

Blend the cooked apples into a smooth puree.

Prepare the gelatin. Soak it in water and let it swell according to the instructions.

Add the gelatin to the warm apple puree and mix thoroughly. Optionally, add vanilla.

Pour the mixture into a mold or individual containers.

Refrigerate the dessert for 2–3 hours until fully set.
You will get a tender, light dessert that resembles fruit jelly or pastille. It’s perfect for those watching their figure or looking to reduce sugar intake.
