It will take about two weeks for the Ministry of Justice to fully restore the state registers that were recently attacked by Russian hackers, states First Deputy Minister of Justice Mykola Kucheryavenko.

He said that it was the most powerful cyberattack on the registries by Russians, but no information was lost as a result.

“The Ministry of Justice is restoring the registers 24/7. By this time, we hope, the platforms on which the registers will be restored will be restored,” Kucheryavenko said.

Deputy Prime Minister Olga Stefanishyna said that state registries had been attacked. The cyberattack suspended the work of the Unified and State Registries, which are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice.

According to Stefanishyna, Russian hackers are behind the attack. The initial restoration of the registers will take up to two weeks.
