The expert recommends performing a mini-complex of exercises while washing your face once or twice a day.
Start by applying a cleanser, which can be either a foam or gel. Spread it across the entire area of your face, neck, and décolletage.
Begin by gently tapping above the collarbones with your fingertips.
Next, gently work on the neck area using the pads of your fingers. After that, move to the area under the chin, applying deeper pressure with your knuckles towards the ears and down the neck.
For the chin area, stretch the skin downward with your fingers.
“I work on the chewing muscles, slightly open the mouth, and move from beneath the jawline upwards and deeper; this may be painful,” says the cosmetologist.
Work on the area between the eyebrows and above the brow using hooked fingers, moving from start to finish.
Finally, use your knuckles to apply grouped movements across the entire forehead. Conclude the exercise routine with gentle smoothing motions over the surface of the face.
These exercises can be beneficial for lifting the facial contour and improving skin tone. It’s important to perform them regularly, ideally daily, to achieve visible results.
