Cocoa and cottage cheese cake: Easy pastry recipe
You can make an exceptionally delicious and easy cottage cheese cake super quickly. You won't need to roll out the dough, and this recipe includes the simplest ingredients, according to culinary expert Yuliia Simonchuk.
Ingredients
- Flour: 80 g
- Sour cream: 2 tbsp
- Butter: 70 g
- Sugar: 70 g
- Cocoa: 2 tbsp
- Baking powder: 1 tsp
- Egg: 1
For the filling
- Cottage cheese: 400-450 g
- Eggs: 2
- Butter: 50 g
- Cornstarch: 1 tbsp
- Sugar: 90 g
Directions
Make the dough: Mix room temperature butter with sugar until dissolved. Add the egg and mix again. Add sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder, mix.
For the cheese filling, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Spread the dark mass into a parchment-lined mold, followed by the cheese mixture. Then mix together 2 tablespoons each of the dark and cheesy masses and layer on top of the cheese layer as shown in the video.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Remove from the mold when cooled. Enjoy!
