Winter is the season of illnesses. To boost immunity and avoid getting sick, or if you're already sick and want to recover quickly, you can prepare a vitamin-rich drink at home.

How to make a real vitamin bomb at home, according to blogger Daria Doroshkevych on Instagram.

Recipe for an immune-boosting drink:

  • Take 500 g of cranberries and pour 200-250 ml of boiled water, which has already cooled to room temperature.
  • Blend the berries. Then, strain through a sieve or press through cheesecloth.
  • Now you have a concentrated mixture. You can transfer it to a jar and store it in the refrigerator, which can last up to a week.

Next, take approximately 1/4-1/3 cup of the concentrate, add honey, and warm boiled water. Use warm water, not boiling, with a temperature of up to 60 degrees.

"Drink it with pleasure, simultaneously healing yourself," noted the blogger, and wished all Ukrainians good health.
