Best vitamin rich drink to boost immunity and avoid getting sick
Winter is the season of illnesses. To boost immunity and avoid getting sick, or if you're already sick and want to recover quickly, you can prepare a vitamin-rich drink at home.
How to make a real vitamin bomb at home, according to blogger Daria Doroshkevych on Instagram.
Recipe for an immune-boosting drink:
- Take 500 g of cranberries and pour 200-250 ml of boiled water, which has already cooled to room temperature.
- Blend the berries. Then, strain through a sieve or press through cheesecloth.
- Now you have a concentrated mixture. You can transfer it to a jar and store it in the refrigerator, which can last up to a week.
Next, take approximately 1/4-1/3 cup of the concentrate, add honey, and warm boiled water. Use warm water, not boiling, with a temperature of up to 60 degrees.
"Drink it with pleasure, simultaneously healing yourself," noted the blogger, and wished all Ukrainians good health.
