The new week, August 10–16, will be an interesting one. It will feature a total solar eclipse, while several days will require extra caution when it comes to decisions, finances, relationships, and new beginnings.
Astrologer Kateryna Solovyova has prepared a complete horoscope for the week and revealed which days will be favorable and which will be less so.
August 10
The Eclipse Corridor is in effect. This day is also considered unfavorable for starting new ventures, making important decisions, undergoing surgical or dental procedures, visiting a hair salon, or getting divorced. At the same time, it is a good day for creative and intellectual work, as well as repaying debts.
From 10:30 a.m. to midnight, the Moon will be void of course, so important purchases, decisions, and new beginnings are better postponed.
From 8:29 a.m. on August 10 until 9:48 p.m. on August 14, the Moon will be at a destructive degree of Leo.
“This is an unfavorable period for those in leadership positions in professional or public activities, as well as those connected with the worlds of art and culture,” the astrologer explained.
“You should avoid idleness, laziness, frivolity, vanity, wastefulness, ostentation, excessive passion, gambling, complexes, and learn to accept defeats with resilience,” she advises.
August 11
Tuesday, according to Solovyova, will be a critical day. It is not advisable to start new ventures, move to a new place, start a new job, get married, or schedule surgery.
It is also better to postpone long-distance trips, renovations, or the purchase of a car and household appliances. Instead, the day is suitable for resolving conflicts and doing routine or preparatory work.
Until 11:38 a.m., the Moon will be void of course, so important matters are better left for later.
August 12
This will be one of the most stressful days of the week. Because of the Eclipse Corridor, new ventures, important negotiations, major purchases, signing contracts, marriage, legal proceedings, cosmetic procedures, and long-distance trips are not recommended.
The astrologer advises avoiding gossip, unnecessary conversations, alcohol, and risky situations. It is better to finish ongoing tasks, repay debts, and put things in order.
At 8:37 p.m., the New Moon will occur in Leo, followed at 8:47 p.m. by a total solar eclipse. After that, the Moon will be void of course, so it is better not to plan new ventures.
“First and foremost, this eclipse will affect those whose activities are connected with health, children, performing before an audience, concerts, shows, performances, creative potential, prestigious positions, and romantic relationships,” Solovyova explained.
August 13
The day is not suitable for new ventures, important decisions, surgery, or long-distance trips. It is especially undesirable to launch projects related to business, law, education, science, or international cooperation.
At the same time, intuition may become stronger. Your inner feelings can help you understand who you should maintain contact with and from whom it may be better to distance yourself.
Until 1:18 p.m., the Moon will be void of course.
August 14
Friday will remain under the influence of the Eclipse Corridor. It is not the best day for major financial transactions, marriage, new acquaintances, loans, expensive purchases, changing your appearance, or cosmetic procedures.
On the other hand, the day is well suited to creative activities. You can go to a concert, theater, or museum, or engage in music, dancing, drawing, or writing.
The Moon will be void of course all day, so important beginnings and purchases are better postponed.
From 11:45 p.m. on August 14 until 12:28 p.m. on August 15, Mercury will be at a destructive degree of Leo.
August 15
Saturday may also be a challenging day. New ventures, important decisions, surgery, visits to the hair salon, and long-distance trips are not recommended.
Instead, it is a good day for household chores, spending time with family, and taking walks in nature.
Until 5:20 p.m., the Moon will be void of course. From 5:20 p.m. to 7:06 p.m., it will be at a destructive degree of Libra. It is better not to schedule important matters or make serious decisions during this period.
August 16
On Sunday, the Eclipse Corridor will still be in effect, so new ventures and important decisions are better postponed. Surgery, dental procedures, and changes to your appearance are also not recommended.
You should also avoid starting new projects related to children, entertainment, gambling, public performances, and romantic adventures. Instead, the day is well suited to household chores such as repairs, sewing, and laundry.
