Mykhailo Zborovskyi is an independent expert in the strategic development of iGaming products. He has over ten years of experience in the fields of IT, analytics, and programming, including software development for the gambling market. Prior to launching his own project in Ukraine, he worked with gambling products in Asia, Latin America, Malta, and Curacao.
Education
Mykhailo Zborovskyi graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in "Accounting and Auditing," and subsequently a Master's degree in "Applied Economics."
Career
May 2025 – Present — Independent expert in the strategic development of iGaming products.
2023 — 2025 — Beneficiary of Neuralink LLC (Cosmobet brand), which obtained a state license for organizing online casino gambling.
2020–2023 — Zborovskyi provided consulting services in the field of software for a number of Ukrainian companies, including ADTEK LLC, Epic Media LLC, and Rikkicom. During this period, he studied European experience in the development of IT solutions for the gambling industry.
2016–2019 — Completed specialized programming courses (Java, Python, Data Science), which laid the foundation for subsequent work in the field of software development.
He began his career as an economist of the 1st category at UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group (2015–2016).
Currently, Mykhailo Zborovskyi specializes in the creation and optimization of IT solutions for online gambling. His professional interests include the integration of modern technologies into the gaming business, the implementation of responsible gaming standards, the development of client-oriented platforms, as well as the legal and technical assurance of operations within the framework of Ukrainian legislation.
In an interview with RBC-Ukraine, Zborovskyi emphasized that a complete advertising ban or excessive regulation could lead to the growth of the shadow sector, which, according to expert estimates, already covers up to 70% of the market.
The businessman is convinced that "It is possible to change the public attitude toward the industry only through transparency, responsible gaming, and a clear demarcation between the legal and illegal markets."
In his opinion, legal operators must build their business "for the long run," take care of data security and player well-being, while illegal ones strive for quick profit.
Charitable Activities
Zborovskyi actively supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine and volunteer initiatives, including supporting the rehabilitation of veterans for the NGO "Zalizna Volia" (Iron Will). His contribution to the army's aid has been recognized with acknowledgements and awards from the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the 74th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion, the Kraken Special Unit, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (SOF), the Charitable Foundation "1991", the Dnipro Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade, and the 1st Company of the 207th Territorial Defense Battalion (TrO).
